Position Available: Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations
Location: Maryland
We are seeking a senior-level multifamily executive who has extensive experience in marketing and operations with a focus on luxury, high-rise assets. This SVP will be the most senior-level executive reporting to the owner. He or she will have the ability to play a key role in the company’s growth of luxury, resort-style residential communities.
Duties will include marketing and property management operations oversight.
Company Info: Vertically integrated company with internal development, construction and property management companies. They plan to more than double their portfolio within the next three to five years. Their mixed-use projects are rich in detail and originality. They are involved in every facet of the community building process, from the initial site selection down to the qualify of finishing touches at each and every residence and building. They consider each and every detail paramount. They have developed over 13K units in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Requirements:
- Not less than 15 years of experience in multifamily marketing and operations of exclusively or predominately luxury residential communities
- New construction lease-up experience
- BA/BS Degree required
- Experience predominately working for an owner/developer/manager
- Solid understanding of internet and social media marketing concepts for the multifamily industry
