Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Houston, TX or San Antonio/Austin, TX
Job Description:
BD Manager will be responsible for growing the Company’s 3rd party, property management business in assigned markets. Responsible for and not limited to establishing core network of demand sources, generating a consistent flow of new business, and oversee/ensure positive brand and working relationships for Company with brokers, owners, tenants, etc.
Company Info:
Full-service property management company located in Texas. They currently manage a growing portfolio of multifamily properties in excess of 20,000 units and are well-capitalized to grow.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a multifamily, business development role. Must be well versed in pitching 3rd party management services.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
