Position Available: Site Manager
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management operations of an affordable housing community. The Manager will play a key role in the property’s conversion from LIHTC to Project-Based Section 8. There will also be significant upgrades made to the community.
Company Info: National, multifamily owner and manager with over 20K units. The company is growing.
Key Requirements:
- Project-Based Section 8 experience
- Two or more years of experience as a Manager (may consider a very strong Assistant Manager from a large property)
- Strong rent collection skills
- Staff management experience
- Yardi preferred
